Terms And Conditions
Deliveries: Orders to remote areas are
not guaranteed to be delivered on the same day as ordering.
Sale Floral Boutique requests at least 48 hours clear notice
for guaranteed delivery to remote, interstate, and overseas
orders.
Orders: Sale Floral Boutique will endeavor
to create orders and arrangements as close to the requested
order as is possible although flower and plant varieties
and colour are restricted to seasonal availability and same-day
orders are subject to current stock availability. Sale Floral
Boutique will best match the order to the current flower
and plant seasonal and stock availabilities.
Once an order has been placed with Sale Floral Boutique
it cannot be cancelled.
Not At Home: Deliveries to residential
properties where the recipient is not home. Sale Floral
Boutique will leave an order at the property if the flowers
can be left in a reasonably secure and protected area. If
the selected area is exposed and unsuitable, the flowers
will be returned to Sale Floral Boutique and a 'Sorry we
missed you' card will be left, asking the recipient to phone
Sale Floral Boutique to either collect the flowers or arrange
another suitable delivery time.
Cancellation Of Orders: Orders can only
be cancelled by direct phone contact, and agreement by Sale
Floral Boutique.
Security: Any information collected about
credit card details or other sensitive information is secured

about your credit card details you will notice (if you are
